3 Doeleinden en rechtsgronden
Ledenadministratie en contributie-inning (uitvoering overeenkomst; gerechtvaardigd belang).
Verzenden van nieuwsbrieven en event-updates (toestemming).

Politieke campagnes en interne peilingen (gerechtvaardigd belang; toestemming waar nodig).

4 Delen van persoonsgegevens
Wij verkopen jouw gegevens nooit. We delen ze alleen met:
Hosting- en e-mailprovider (EU) – website en e-mail.
Betalingsdienstverlener/bank (EU) – SEPA-incasso.
Google LLC (YouTube, Maps) – embedded content en analytics (VS, EU-US DPF of SCC’s).
WordPress, Complianz en Elementor – CMS en cookie-beheer (EU).
Met alle partijen is een verwerkersovereenkomst gesloten.
5 Bewaartermijnen
Leden- en donateursgegevens: 2 jaar na einde lidmaatschap.
Financiële gegevens (facturen, SEPA-mandaten): 7 jaar; mandaten zelf 14 maanden na laatste incasso.
Nieuwsbriefgegevens: tot afmelding.
Websitestatistieken: 26 maanden, daarna geanonimiseerd.

Analytische cookies (statistiek) – alleen met jouw toestemming.

9 Internationale doorgifte
Bij verwerking buiten de EER passen wij passende waarborgen toe (EU-US Data Privacy Framework of SCC’s) om een gelijkwaardig beschermingsniveau te garanderen.
10 Wijzigingen
Wijzigingen publiceren wij op studentenstad.nl en informeren je bij wezenlijke aanpassingen.

Membership administration and fee collection (contract performance; legitimate interest).
Sending newsletters and event information (consent).

4 Sharing personal data
We never sell your data. We share it only with:

Payment service provider/bank (EU) – SEPA direct debits.

All processors are bound by data-processing agreements.
5 Retention periods
Member and donor records: 2 years after membership ends.
Financial records (invoices, SEPA mandates): 7 years; mandates 14 months after last debit.
Newsletter data: until you unsubscribe.
Website statistics: 26 months, then anonymised.

Where personal data is processed outside the EEA, appropriate safeguards (EU-US Data Privacy Framework or SCCs) ensure an adequate level of protection.

We may amend this notice. The latest version is always available on studentenstad.nl; material changes will be announced on the site or by email.
