Everyone deserves to feel good. Unfortunately, we see that the pressure on students and other young people is increasing. Performance pressure, the housing crisis, social media, and loneliness take their toll. At the same time, access to help is often unnecessarily complicated or slow, and there is still a taboo surrounding seeking professional help. Student & Stad believe that mental health should be taken as seriously as physical health. Prevention, timely assistance, and a social environment that contributes to well-being are crucial in this regard.
